He’s a devoted family man with eclectic hobbies, both indoors and out in nature— and has a fierce commitment to developing work-life harmony. Kari McLain is the co-owner, Chief Marketing Officer, and Department Head of Web Development at Search Click Grow, channeling over 20 years of industry experience—and 500+ website designs—into creating meaningful brand connections. Guided by her passion for design psychology and creative direction, she believes design is a form of problem-solving that goes far beyond aesthetics. Working alongside her husband, Micha McLain, Kari ensures every project not only looks stellar, but also resonates with audiences on a deeper level. Off the clock, you can find her enjoying good food, good music, and quality time with their two kids. She’s a self-proclaimed “Jill-of-all-trades,” always seeking out and exploring new and challenging hobbies——though she’ll gladly sing and play guitar before ever thinking about hitting the dance floor. Widely known as the proud office geek and pun-master, she's always ready to add a spark of humor and kindness wherever she goes.
