SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Search Click Grow uses SMS messaging through Go High Level (GHL) as part of our communication with clients, prospects, and contacts who have opted in. This section explains how our SMS program works and your rights regarding text message communications.

Consent. By providing your phone number on a Search Click Grow form, by checking an SMS opt-in checkbox, by responding to one of our SMS messages with an opt-in keyword, or by otherwise expressly consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive automated and/or marketing text messages from Search Click Grow at the phone number provided.

Message frequency.  Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. You may receive transactional messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, customer service follow-up) and, where you have separately consented, marketing messages (content updates, event invitations, special offers). Typical frequency ranges from a few messages per month to a few messages per week depending on context.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges apply to all SMS messages sent or received. Search Click Grow is not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur.

Opt-out (STOP). You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in.

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any SMS message from us for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 12.

Supported carriers. SMS messaging is supported on all major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of phone numbers. Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are not shared with third parties for the purpose of those third parties sending you SMS marketing messages. Phone numbers are handled in accordance with Section 4 of this Privacy Policy and our SMS-specific consent and opt-out mechanisms.

Use cases. Our SMS program is used for the following purposes:

- Appointment scheduling and reminders for diagnostic calls and coaching sessions
- Onboarding communications for new clients
- Customer service follow-up for active clients
- Workshop and event reminders for registered attendees
