His journey began decades ago when he worked alongside his late mother, who owned a painting and remodeling company. He spent years slinging paint, managing her crews, and learning the ins and outs of the business world from her.

Witnessing her struggles with the ebb and flow of revenue, and the constant stress of finding the next customer, ignited a deep passion within Micha to help other small business owners avoid the pitfalls of outdated methods and the relentless "grind."

His foray into marketing and entrepreneurship traces back to a life-changing moment. Just after completing his Air Force training, Micha experienced the tragic events of September 11th, 2001.

As he prepared to deploy, he was determined to take an MP3 player with him to provide solace and a connection to home during his deployment.

The overwhelming number of choices and lack of guidance at the store would later serve as a metaphor for his journey in marketing and entrepreneurship.

Upon returning from long deployments spanning multiple countries, Micha started a music recording studio with high hopes, investing in a 2,000+ sq. ft. space filled with instruments and cutting-edge technology.

He described his mindset like Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams, thinking "if you build it, they will come"... but after a little run of small successes, they just didn't come.

He tried everything he knew of... took out phone book ads, did radio spots, did giveaways, online ads, sent mailers, and even did cold calling and door knocking.

However, despite his efforts to advertise and promote his dream recording studio business, it ultimately failed. 

Around that time, Steve Jobs of Apple hit the stage to announce the iPod, and Micha had a flashback to standing in that Circuit City where he had previously bought that random MP3 player. 

And what Steve Jobs said during that Apple event helped him understand where he went wrong as a business owner.

In the midst of a million and one tech specs, Steve hit the stage and delivered one of the most powerful marketing messages in history.

As Jobs stood there, holding this little handheld device, he simply said the phrase "this amazing little device hold 1,000 songs and goes right in my pocket."

What was he saying here? Not once did he utter confusing tech specs. He didn't trash talk the other competitors' devices. Not once did he do anything other than tell you how this mp3 would help you.

Reflecting on this experience, he realized that the key to success was understanding his customers and having a systemized method of delivering his message to them.

Inspired by Steve Jobs' marketing genius, Micha embarked on a journey to learn everything he could about marketing, working with infomercial agencies, freelancing, attending conferences, and studying under mentors.

With this newfound knowledge, Micha grew multiple clients and his own businesses to 7+ figures, developing a simple, repeatable process to help businesses grow.

In 2020, Micha founded Search Click Grow as a culmination of his path, vision, and methodology. His mission is to use his experiences, both the failures and the successes, to help as many small business owners as possible take their shortcut to success and avoid costly mistakes.

Throughout his career, Micha has worked with a diverse range of niches and verticals, from local home services to e-commerce, education, apps/startups, medical, and more.
