The challenge

A website that was working against them

Prep Smart came to us in January 2025 stuck with a previous SEO vendor that wasn't delivering. A technical audit showed why: their site had ballooned to 1,275 pages of duplicate content, 56 installed plugins (many redundant or inactive), outdated code, and open security vulnerabilities. The architecture was actively dragging down their search rankings instead of building them.

The paid side wasn't any clearer. Their Google Ads were converting at just 4.23% — built for clicks, not booked jobs — and there was no channel-level attribution, so they couldn't see which marketing was actually profitable. They were paying for activity without answers.

The approach

A rebuild from the ground up

We rebuilt Prep Smart's entire digital foundation rather than patching the old one, then tied every channel back to a single revenue-attribution dashboard so the owners could see exactly what each dollar produced.

The results

Eight months that changed the business

The rebuilt site went from 950 monthly visitors to 4,285 — a 351% increase — while ranking keywords climbed from 2,384 to 3,935, and the website alone drove $365,744 in attributed revenue in 2025.

Paid performance followed. Restructured Google Ads more than tripled the conversion rate to 11.91%, returning $5.80 for every dollar spent (5.8x ROAS, 480% ROI) and $143,601 in net profit. Local Services Ads were the standout, returning 7.8x and showing at the top of search results 44.49% of the time, up from 35.54% the year before.

Local SEO rounded it out: 15,150 Google Business Profile impressions, 264 calls, 588 directions requests, and 60 reviews at a 4.87-star average. Altogether, total company revenue grew from $3,505,204 in 2024 to $4,471,086 in 2025 — and the $1.9M attributed to Google channels now makes up roughly 43% of the business, on marketing spend of just 3.5% of revenue.
