Why This Page Exists
Search Click Grow recommends tools, platforms, and services across our website, blog, podcast, coaching program, and client engagements. Some of those recommendations carry commercial relationships — affiliate programs, partner arrangements, or compensation structures that you should know about.
This page documents those relationships clearly. The principle is simple: you should know when a recommendation we make is connected to a commercial relationship, so you can factor that into how you evaluate it.
Affiliate Relationships
DripJobs. Search Click Grow is an affiliate of DripJobs, a CRM and sales platform built for home-service contractors. When you sign up for DripJobs through a link on our website, our blog, our coaching materials, or other Search Click Grow channels, we may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you. We recommend DripJobs because we believe it's the best contractor-specific CRM available — particularly for painting contractors — and we use it inside our own client engagements. We would recommend DripJobs even if the affiliate relationship didn't exist; the affiliate relationship doesn't change our editorial position on the tool.
Other affiliate relationships. Where Search Click Grow has additional affiliate relationships with platforms or tools we recommend, those relationships are disclosed at the point of recommendation (within the relevant blog post, podcast episode, coaching module, or webpage) and documented here as the list grows.
Partner Program Status
Some of the platforms Search Click Grow works with operate formal partner programs. We are clear about which relationships are formal partnerships versus self-declared experience.
Formal partner programs. Where Search Click Grow holds an official partner status — verified by the platform — that status is identified specifically. Examples of partner statuses that may apply, where confirmed:
- Google Partner (Google Ads management certification status)
- Meta Business Partner (Facebook and Instagram marketing certification status)
- DripJobs Official Partner (contractor CRM integration partnership)
- Paint Contractors Association (PCA) Partner
Self-declared experience. Search Click Grow has deep operational experience with many platforms — including but not limited to WordPress, WP Engine, Page Builder Framework, Beaver Builder, Go High Level, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, CallRail, and other tools — without holding formal partner status with all of them. Where we recommend or use tools without a formal partnership, that's based on operational experience, not a partner relationship.
Sponsored Content & Paid Endorsements
Sponsored content on our channels. Search Click Grow occasionally publishes sponsored content on our blog, podcast, social media, or newsletter. Sponsored content is clearly labeled as such at the point of publication — typically with explicit "Sponsored," "Paid Partnership," or "Sponsored by [partner name]" labels. Where Search Click Grow has received compensation, free product, or other consideration in exchange for coverage, that compensation is disclosed.
Endorsements by Search Click Grow team members. Statements made by Search Click Grow team members about tools, platforms, or services — whether on our channels or on external podcasts, conferences, or social media — represent genuine professional opinions. Where a team member's statement involves a tool subject to an affiliate or partner relationship, that relationship will be disclosed in context.
Guest endorsements. Testimonials, case studies, and quotes from clients, coaches, or community members reflect their genuine experience. No client is compensated for providing a testimonial; we may, with permission, feature client outcomes in our marketing materials at no cost to the client.
Editorial Independence
Search Click Grow's editorial recommendations — what we write on the blog, discuss on the podcast, teach in coaching, and recommend to agency clients — are made based on what we believe genuinely serves home-service contractors. Affiliate relationships, partner statuses, and sponsored content do not override editorial judgment.
If we no longer believe a tool, platform, or service serves our audience well — regardless of any commercial relationship — we will stop recommending it. Specific examples of editorial independence in practice:
- We have ended affiliate relationships in the past when the underlying product no longer met our standards.
- We have declined sponsorship opportunities for products we don't use or wouldn't recommend.
- Our coaching program covers competing platforms and approaches when they are appropriate for a specific contractor's situation.
The standard is straightforward: we recommend what we'd use ourselves and what we'd want our clients using. Commercial relationships exist because we already believe in the products — not the other way around.
Compensation & Revenue Disclosure
Search Click Grow generates revenue through three primary streams:
- Marketing agency services — monthly retainer fees and one-time project fees paid by home-service contractor clients
- Coaching and Partner programs — tuition and engagement fees paid by program members
- Affiliate and partner commissions — referral fees from platforms like DripJobs when contractors sign up through our channels
The majority of revenue comes from direct client services. Affiliate revenue is a smaller stream and is not a primary driver of editorial or recommendation decisions.
